Sustainable Entrepreneurship Talents Africa

The Sustainable Entrepreneurship Talents Africa (SETA) is designed to nurture a generation of sustainable entrepreneurs (from the pool of talents registered with the Career and Scholarship Cluster), who will use the social and ecological challenges in Africa as an opportunity to drive growth and economic development.
AbundeSEG has joined forces with universities, industries and international organizations to catalyze this program by creating annual prizes and providing seed funding to 3 winners that hold significant potential for accelerating the transition towards sustainable African economies and societies.

The program is opened to graduates from different African countries, who can demonstrate outstanding achievements in making our societies more sustainable. Selected by a jury of Technical and business experts winners undergo a 4 weeks training on profitable commercial strategies that respect natural resources and the resilience of eco-systems.
Each year, applications are considered from a wide spectrum of background, which include:
Agribusiness, food science and technology, ICTs, Health, Engineering, Natural resources and Meteorology, among others.
The first call will be open in 2019 and further information on eligibility and how to apply will be provided when the call is launched.
